Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will refund the full amount.
After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, we cannot process cancellations. Please refer to our Returns policy below.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only eligible for orders that are canceled before shipment, or for defective or damaged products.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will offer a full refund or replacement.
Refund Processing: Once your cancellation is approved, refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
